Firecracker Fried Chicken Drumsticks

I used Ken's Buffalo Wing Marinade, and added quite a bit of Tabasco to the 2 dozen wing pieces I chose to use (instead of drumsticks). I accidentally let them marinate for 48 hours (no time to cook), then breaded half and fried, and baked the rest. My boyfriend much preferred the baked ones to the fried ones, saying that the flavor was better. I was disappointed at the lack of heat and spiciness, but maybe next time I'll just use only Tabasco. They were still tasty wings, and I liked the breading very much.

Cheesy Potato Salad

This was, by far, the most interesting potato salad I've ever made. I made a double batch and took it to a party, and the bowl was scraped clean! The best part about it is that it can be served warm, and my family prefers it that way. The red potatoes got a little mushy during the cooking process, but that was great, because the final result tasted like loaded mashed potato salad. :-) I mixed in my potatoes while they were still rather warm, which immediately melted the cheese. I'm only giving the recipe 4 stars as is, because I read the reviews of others, and made a couple of changes for the better. No sugar at all, salt the water before cooking the potatoes, added freshly ground pepper before the toppings, and mixed in some extra bacon bits in with the "dressing". I could see this being a staple at our house; my boyfriend would probably add in some ranch dressing, just for a little extra kick!

Absolute Stress

Love it, love it, love it! This is my favorite "beach" drink when we go out clubbing on Pensacola Beach! Bamboo Willie's makes one that really kicks! If you have it, be sure to use Absolut vodka - that makes a big difference.

Lasagna Roll Ups

I gave it 4 stars because without my additions, it would have been very bland. My family is not much on tofu, so I left that out. I added freshly ground salt & pepper to the cheese mixture, as well as some onion and garlic powder. When rolling up the noodles, it is best to let them cool for a few minutes first. Everyone loved it, especially the spinach! The second time, I browned some ground turkey, and added it to the cheese mixture. Very much easier than stuffed shells or lasagna!
