Sausage SOS ($#@% On a Shingle)

I love this stuff. I had it in the Army for years. I have always had it with hamburger though and that's what I use when I make it. Not the sausage. Try it that way. Once you try it, it more you like it.

Pepperoncini Beef

I had some pork tenderloin that I wanted to use so I substituted it for the beef. It was excellent! My husband and I will definitely make this again. I'll try the beef next time.

Cowboy Mexican Dip

My husband and I liked the flavor of this dip, but it didn't melt in the slow cooker in 40 minutes. It didn't even melt after an hour, so I would recommend and alternative method of heating it up. Not sure I liked the consistency, either, but would probably make it again.

Quick Microwave Frittata Casserole

I didn't microwave this recipe, but used it as a guide to make a baked frittata because I liked the ingredients in it. It turned out very well. I also didn't put any cheese on it. Everyone liked it but I can't rate it as a microwave recipe.

Strawberry Cake IV

This recipe did not go together as stated in the recipe. The oven setting should have been 350 degrees, it needed to bake at least 45 min and the frosting came out as a glaze instead of a frosting and I didn't even add the milk. Only have of the strawberries should be added to the confectioners sugar and add more if you need a better consistency. Overall, good, but disappointing.

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

My husband, who is an all time chocolate lover, tasted this cake and immediately said that this was his new birthday cake. It has a very deep chocolate flavor and I also frost it with the Ganache frosting for a very chocolate experience.

Christmas Cheese Cake

I made this cake last year when friends visited and it was so good. They said it was too good! It was wasy to make and probably the best cheesecake I have ever had.
