Sunshine Toast
We call them 'Moonstruck" eggs. Saw Olivia Dukakis make them in the movie and have made them ever since. Sometimes I add some roasted peppers to the pan as she did. (use Italian bread if I have it on hand)

Just made this. It is good but I didn't care for the vanilla in the syrup. Have had baklava over the years in many Greek diners in NJ and none ever tasted like they had vanilla in it. Was somewhat disappointed after all the work that went into this. When I make this again, I will not use the vanilla nor will I use so many nuts. It seemed as if I had too much... Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
Very good. I didn't have any Italian salad dressing so I sprinkled some Italian herb blend in the mixture along with 1/4 cup of beer. The bbq sauce that I used was a little sweet so next time I will try a different one. I followed the suggestion of after 2 hours on high I removed the chicken, shredded it and returned it to cook another hour on low. This was so easy and the results turned out very well. Thanks for sharing.
