Nut Burgers (Vegetarian)

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2003
The texture of this was really great, and it didn't take very long at all to make. The avocado tasted good on top, and I added a little salsa. Don't let the nuts scare you off on this one--the flavor is excellent!

Black Bean And Corn Salad II

This was a great tasting salad--the flavors blended together very well. I think it works better as a thick salsa rather than a salad, however. Just my preference! :-)

Spinach Quiche

My boyfriend and I made Mother's Day brunch this year--very scary, the first time to cook for our families. This recipie by far stood out, and made the entire meal a HUGE success. Thanks so much for all the comments and suggestions--this website is the best!

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2002
These were excellent! I made them for a vegetarian potluck, and EVERYONE wanted the recipie (even the non-vegetarians!). You can hardly taste the sweet potatoes, yet they add a great texture and makes them very filling. Give them a try!

Colossal Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2001
These cookies stay chewy for days, and are a big hit for young and old alike. They don't cook as well when using insulated cookie sheets, and the large size of the cookie also makes a difference.
