Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2012
Tried with chicken broth instead of white wine and balsamic vinegar instead of lemon juice and thought it was delish!

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2012
I've made this recipe many many times. Its my go-to recipe when I want a savory chicken pasta dinner without the red sauce. I think the balsamic reduction is perfect. Using a good balsamic vinegar doesn't hurt either. Sometimes I throw a splash of red wine in there too add to the richness. I tend to skip the dredging the chicken in flour step and I still think it comes out delish! LOVE this recipe. Thanks!!!

Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2012
This is truly an amazing cookie! The only thing I slightly tweaked based on personal preference was to double the salt as well as switch out one of the tablespoons of water with 1 tablespoon of vanilla. Definitely make sure not to overcook. Between 8:00-8:30 minutes works out perfect for me even though it doesn't look done. These stay chewy and delicious and are really good cold too. Thanks for a great recipe!

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2012
This was fabulous! I ended up searing the lamb chops for about 2 mins on each side in the skillet and then finished on indirect heat on the grill. I also threw some red onion, zucchini, and red pepper kabobs on the grill as well. I didn't have any shallots, so I finely chopped a TBLS of red onion and also a couple of mushrooms I had on hand. To address my concern of the sauce being too vinegary, I used 1 cup of broth instead of 3/4 cup and I thought it came out perfect. Like another suggested,I did add the broth before the vinegar. It took about 15-20 mins to reduce down. The sauce was rich and heavenly and worth the wait. This will be my go-to lamb chop recipe from now on! Thanks so much for submitting.

Heavenly Chocolate Mousse

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2009
This is one AMAZING dessert! I used two 4 oz Bakers German Chocolate bars and the result was an extremely rich chocolately mousse. I swear it tastes just like the chocolate mousse at Mortens Steakhouse. I did follow a few others' suggestions and added a teaspoon of vanilla to the whipped cream and chocolate mixture. I will definitely be making this again!
