Easy Broccoli Quiche

Made this for dinner last night. Pretty much followed the recipe. Only change was adding chopped ham. Thought it was missing something. Husband said bacon would have probably made the difference.

Corned Beef and Cabbage II

I made this today. My husband said this one is a keeper. Won't ever go back to the way I made it before. Didn't change a thing. Meat was juicy and tender. Veggies still retained their taste.

Apple Streusel Squares

Very Good. Used apples from our tree. Only change I made was adding a 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. Served warm with whipped cream. Will make again.

Chocolate PHILADELPHIA® Fudge

Easiest fudge I ever made! I substituted pepperment for the vanilla and left the nuts out. Gave it away as Holiday gifts.
