Double Tomato Bruschetta

I made these for my husband's surprise birthday party and since I don't like tomatoes I wasn't able to try it prior to serving. I took the risk, put them out and they were gone within minutes. Numerous people told me it was the best bruschetta they ever had. Based on all the rave reviews my friends gave I'm giving this recipe 5 stars.

Asiago Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

Too much prepping, too many pots to wash, too much money and not enough flavor. I couldn't wait to try this recipe and I followed it to the "T" however it was very bland. Although we were able to eat it, so I gave it two stars. The bacon added a strange flavor. Maybe with some changes it could be better.

Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling

This was FAST & EASY. Took others advice, cooked two frozen chicken breast in a crock pot for four hours on high then shredded them, mixed in a little more salsa and served.

A Jerky Chicken

Marinade for Chicken

Great Marinade!!! I used it on chicken, grilled the chicken on my george foreman, then put it over a bed of fettacini alfredo and it was a great blend. Unlike most marinades this was not over powering, in my opinion it was just right.

Sheboygan Grilled Brats

I prefer cooking my brats the opposite way. I boil my brats in beer, onion, garlic & seasoning salt, then I grill them. It seems to hold the flavor a little more. Growing up in Sheboygan, I've always used Johnsonville brats, which living out of state today is conveniently the only kind really available in my area.

Greek Chicken

My dad saw this dish sitting on my stove and said it looked like bland chicken. I told him it was Greek Chicken and he needed to try it, needless to say he was pleasantly surprised. The juice/sauce was amazing and I put it over green beans and white rice. It's an easy dish and a nice change of pace.

Mushroom Chicken Parmesan

I made this with alfredo sauce from this site along with fettuccine. Together I give it fours stars, but each recipe on their own would probably get two stars from me. As recommended I put garlic, pepper and onion powder in the flour mix. I also sauteed the mushrooms a little with butter and fresh garlic. The chicken itself was bland, I think it needs to be marinated, but I'm not sure in what.

Alfredo Sauce

I made this with the Mushroom Chicken Parmesan from this site along with fettuccine. Together I give it fours stars, but each recipe on their own would probably get two stars from me. As recommended I used freshly grated Parmegiano Reggiano and the cheese flavor was a little too much for me, so if I try this recipe again I will either cut down on the cheese or use the canned parmesan cheese. UPDATE: I made this again using the little green can instead of fresh parmesan and it was 100% better! I would now give this recipe 5 stars on it's own.

Aussie Chicken

My entire family loved this dish, including my four year old who is a very picky eater, he actually ate an entire breast on his own. I followed other reviewers and marinated the chicken in worcestershire & lime juice and excluded the corn syrup. The only recommendation my husband had was to saute the mushrooms a little prior to adding them to the dish. Thanks for a great recipe! Update 3 Days Later: My four year old has been asking for this chicken everyday since I made it, he loves the dip!

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

Since a lot of the other reviewers had "a salt" problem I didn't add the salt and only used 2TB of soy sauce and I had no salt issue. I also added the peppers an hour before serving. This dish was very easy to make and I will make it again.
