Chicken Pot Pie IX
I had no need to double the sauce like some reviewers did, but I did add a bit more broth just in case. I boiled the chicken and vegetables in chicken broth, and used the broth later in the sauce, which made it extra yummy! Added a whole bunch of seasonings to taste: quite a bit of oregano, some dried rosemary leaves, subbed the celery seed with garlic powder like most others, about a tsp of mixed herbs, and added poultry seasoning to the sauce. I used full cream milk the second time I made this pie instead of the low-fat milk I used the first time, and it makes a HUGE difference - my pie was much creamier and tastier. I also did brush the bottom crust with egg white and baked it for 5 mins in the oven before adding the filling and top crust, and I think it made a huge difference in ensuring that my bottom crust remained crispy and not soggy like some others complained.

Chocolate Chess Pie II
Super yummy! I reduced the sugar to 1 cup, and increased the cocoa powder to about 12 tbsp or 50g (I know, it sounds crazy, but it was REALLY good) Very easy recipe to follow, and everyone thought it was great! Will definitely make again!

Clone of a Cinnabon
I've made this a couple of times now, and it always gets many compliments, even though I've never made it with the frosting. I found that the rolls were too sweet for my liking, so I cut down the sugar by about 1/4 cup and added 3 tbsp of cinnamon powder instead of 2.5. Do remember that it is important you roll the dough tightly to prevent the filling from leaking out as much as possible. Also, a nice idea for beautifully shaped rolls is to let them rise in a muffin cup, so it rises nice and round. Enjoy!
