Tarragon Stuffing

This was soooo good! Everyone at Christmas loved it and gobbled it up. Made this as a last-resort after not having enough time to prepare our traditional stuffing... but now we may have a replacement! Used chicken stock instead of sherry.

Banana Banana Bread

I'm not a big fan of banana bread, making this for someone else, but ended up liking it a lot. The fresh bananas add plenty of moisture; I also substituted some applesauce.

Cinnamon Bread I

Double the topping like the other reviews have said, and I also substituted some applesauce for oil to make it more moist. A great bread for breakfast or an afternoon snack!

Blueberry Buttermilk Coffeecake

I think this bread could have been a bit sweeter, and mine turned out chewy for some reason. Overall not bad but could use improvements; I may try it again and add different things (such as more cinnamon and sugar).

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Amazing!!! I made a little extra filling, which was great but make sure to put a pan underneath to catch the drippings!!!! Added a slight bit of frosting but they didnt really need it. Will definitely make again!

Real Potato Leek Soup

Very tasty. I put the whole leek in there which made it greener and chewier but very good. Also mixed in some bacon bits. Makes a LOT of soup.

Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins II

I put in extra lemon juice and used plain yogurt. I love lemon poppyseed muffins and loved these!!! Make sure to mix wet/dry ingredients separately.

Stovetop Granola

awesome granola. i've always wanted to make my own and now i'm definitely never buying that expensive stuff from the store AGAIN! i used 2c oats and 1c puffy brown rice, and 1/2c brown sugar, then cooked according to the recipe (added in nuts, raisins, etc before i took it off the heat) and then popped in the oven for a few mins to make it cluster a bit. truly amazing!
