Garlic-Ginger Chicken Wings
I made this dish last night, doubled the amount of ginger, and won FIRST PLACE at our Iron Chef: Ginger Battle party... The sauce for these wings is tangy and delicious, and we couldn't put them down until they were all gone! I used 7.5 lbs of wings for the party, and doubled the sauce to ensure I had plenty.

Stuffed Burgers
I made these for a group of six of us on a propane grill over medium heat. I used thick slices of Pepper Jack cheese in the middle along with the mushrooms and green chiles. I sprinkled Jamaican Jerk seasoning across the top of both sides of the patties as they cooked on the grill. Everyone raved about them and demanded the recipe before collapsing on the couch with the need for naps!

Grilled Sea Bass
Was truly a fine dish... Soft, flaky, moist, delicious. I didn't add the butter while the fish was on the grill. Instead, I drizzled the warm butter/garlic/parsely on after I removed it from the grill, and omitted the olive oil. It was superb. Served with Grilled Shrimp with a sweet apple-jalapeno glaze (Canyon Foods of Dallas, TX), and some sauteed green beans with garlic, and a spinach salad. It was a perfect meal.
