Garlic Aioli

Reviewed: May 5, 2011
This was good but would have been excellent without the salt or with very little.

Chicago-Style Pan Pizza

Reviewed: May 5, 2011
This is one of my favorite recipes from this site. The topping is really delicious. I prebake the crust for about 10 minutes and do this whether I use frozen, refrigerated or homemade dough. The recipe calls for drained tomatoes. If they are not drained the pizza will be soggy. Thanks Jaime, for sharing this amazing recipe.

Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2011
I love this recipe and have made it several times. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone in a hurry to get dinner on the table but if you have the time it is definitely worth making. Delicious!

Chopped Baked Clams

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2011
I hate to leave a bad review but my husband and I did not care for this. Too much onion, too many herbs and not enough clams. I don't know how this could possibly yield 4 servings even as an appetizer.

French Ham Cheese and Egg Fondue Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2011
I love this recipe and have made it quite a few times. At first I layered it as written but I don't bother anymore. It doesn't seem to make a difference. I bake this for an extra 10 minutes to make sure there aren't any squishy pieces of bread left. This freezes well after it has been cooked. Very delicious casserole!

Hot Buffalo Chicken, Bacon, and Cheese Sandwich

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2011
This was delicious! I mixed the sauce with the chicken. My husband and I both loved it. If you like it really spicy just add some cayenne or hot sauce to the sauce mix.

Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2010
I had unexpected guests this Easter so I prepared this with 4 boxes of frozen broccoli and 2 cups of cheese. Even though these were the only two changes I made , the dominant flavor of this dish was still the mayo. I'm looking forward to making this again with less mayonnaise or perhaps a mayonnaise and sour cream blend. Also, I felt that preparing this with only two 10oz. packages of broccoli the casserole would have been way too saucy/soupy. Thank you for sharing and I will try again with less mayo.

Italian Cream Cheese and Ricotta Cheesecake

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2010
This cheesecake was delicious! I'm looking forward to baking it again for Easter. This time I will probably substitute some low fat ingredients but the recipe is perfect as written. Thanks
