Baby Back Ribs

I made this recipe for the first time over a year ago, and have made ribs this way all the time since then. I follow the recipe exactly. It's very simple and the ribs turn out great.

Southern Mushroom Soup

This is a really good soup. I doubled the recipe so we had enough for 2 days. I sauteed the onions and mushrooms and also I added 4 garlic cloves to them. Then I added the chicken broth and followed the recipe from there. We ate it with some french bread toasted in the oven and it was delicious.

Mini Meatloaves

I doubled the recipe and it turned out to be too much milk. I felt the cheese was too much also. My family and I just did not like the flavor of the meat or the sauce.

Bean Soup With Kale

I love this soup. It's healthy and simple to make. I used 1 can of diced tomatoes and added a little basil and oregano. I also grated pecorino romano cheese to the soup in my bowl and it was perfect.

Shepherd's Pie VI

My family loved this so much, I actually made this twice this week! The only things I changed was that since I used 1 1/2 lbs ground beef, I had to add a little more of broth, ketchup and onions. Also I added a tablespoon of worstershire sauce and that gave it a little kick.

Flavorful Flounder

This was very good. I baked the fillets in the oven for 10 min and broiled them the last few minutes. It was delicious and extremely simple to make.

Blackened Tuna Steaks with Mango Salsa

This was very good. I followed the spice recipe exact and it was spicy but delicious. Instead of the mango salsa I made a garlic aoli from this site and it also went great with the tuna. Next time I make this I will definitely cut the cayanne in half though. But the flavors are great.

Spanish Rice Bake

Although I love the flavors of this dish alone, for me it got better when I wrapped it all up and made burritos with it. Some salsa on top and these were seriously good! I will definitely be making this again!

Pizza Dough III

I thought this was a good easy recipe. I let the bread rise for an hour, that was the only change I made. If you find the flavor lacking, all you have to do is add some of your favorite seasonings to it. I think I might do that next time, but either way this is a good basic pizza dough recipe.

Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

For the first time having a portobello mushroom, I thought this was really good. I originally had it on a sandwich like a burger, but I didnt like that so I just had it with the lettuce and onion and it was good like that.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This was awesome, I cant wait to make it again. I used regular ground beef, not lean and I put extra ketchup and brown sugar on the bottom. Mix it and then taste it so you know if its too sweet. This is a gooooooood recipe!

World's Best Lasagna

Really good! I used a whole large onion, an extra half lb of ground beef, and a little extra tomato sauce and water, and it left me with enough sauce to make a whole another lasagna. Defintely use the fennel seeds, they add so much good flavor. I also boiled the noodles until soft but slightly firm and they softened in the oven. It came out perfect! Cant wait to make again!

Best Tuna Melt (New Jersey Diner Style)

I love this and I make these often. The balsalmic vinegar adds to the flavor. I use cheddar cheese but that is the only change I made. Very good.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

I loved this soup. I used kale instead of spinach and sauteed the kale in a seperate pan with olive oil and a little of the drippings from the sausage. Dont know if it made a difference but the soup was delicious.
