This was very good. I baked the fillets in the oven for 10 min and broiled them the last few minutes. It was delicious and extremely simple to make.

Southern Mushroom Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2010
This is a really good soup. I doubled the recipe so we had enough for 2 days. I sauteed the onions and mushrooms and also I added 4 garlic cloves to them. Then I added the chicken broth and followed the recipe from there. We ate it with some french bread toasted in the oven and it was delicious.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2010
I loved this soup. I used kale instead of spinach and sauteed the kale in a seperate pan with olive oil and a little of the drippings from the sausage. Dont know if it made a difference but the soup was delicious.

Blackened Tuna Steaks with Mango Salsa

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2010
This was very good. I followed the spice recipe exact and it was spicy but delicious. Instead of the mango salsa I made a garlic aoli from this site and it also went great with the tuna. Next time I make this I will definitely cut the cayanne in half though. But the flavors are great.

I love this soup. It's healthy and simple to make. I used 1 can of diced tomatoes and added a little basil and oregano. I also grated pecorino romano cheese to the soup in my bowl and it was perfect.

Lentil Soup with Lemon

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2010
For my first time ever having homemade lentil soup, I thought it was pretty good. I doubled all the ingredients and that gives you enough to either freeze a few containers or lunch for a few days. If you like lentil soup youll like this.

Baked Salmon II

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2010
I made 3 thick filets and I cooked them for 40 min and they were perfect. I used extra virgin olive oil and since I was making an extra filet I put in a little extra of all the ingredients. I am not a big salmon lover, so the fact that I enjoyed this was pretty exciting since salmon is so healthy. My 12 year old son loved this also and he is a salmon lover.

Strawberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2010
This was delicious. My baking pan was the wrong size and the wrong kind. I overcooked it and the cake cracked all over yet somehow it was still awesome. I added a teaspoon of vanilla and I felt it was a little too much. Next time I'll do a half if any. I used the frozen sweetened strawberries and the sauce was great. I'm definitely going to make this one again soon.

Creamy Potato Leek Soup II

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2010
I really thought this soup was delicious. I used 6 medium russett potatoes and by the time I finished cutting up the bacon and frying it, the broth had boiled down so I added a little extra broth. Very easy to make and very tasty!

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2009
I didn't change anything when I made this and it came out nice. My mother and grandmother loved it. I wasn't as crazy about it as them, but I think its just about personal taste. I will be making it again though. Its a nice comforting meal on a cold night.

Chicken Milano

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2009
My family really liked this dish alot. I added onions but other than that I followed the recipe. I doubled the ingredients and I'm glad I did because we had just enough for the 4 of us(2 of us went back for more)so I guess that counts for 6. My son said this one's a keeper.

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2009
This was so good. I followed the recipe exactly except for adding the bacon bits at the end but it was excellent anyway. I used Ruby port also. Definitly worth making and will make again soon.
