Really good! I used a whole large onion, an extra half lb of ground beef, and a little extra tomato sauce and water, and it left me with enough sauce to make a whole another lasagna. Defintely use the fennel seeds, they add so much good flavor. I also boiled the noodles until soft but slightly firm and they softened in the oven. It came out perfect! Cant wait to make again!
