I love making stews - one dish meals. I also love to try new recipes. I try to make food that is from scratch - as much as possible. It takes more planning, and patience, but I know what is in it and I learn so much.

Stew on cold winter days. Hot chocolate after playing in the snow.

Maple and Ginger Baked Beans

our family loves baked beans. the flavours were excellent. I needed to cook it a lot longer as it was a bit too runny. I will definitely make this again!
