Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

FANTASTIC! I took others' advice and substituted 1 cup of spicy barbecue sauce for a cup of the ketchup. I rubbed the ribs in cayenne in addition to the salt and pepper before roasting them. The key was to buy the high quality ribs from Whole Foods. They turned out wnderfully spicy and fall-off-the-bone delicious. I will be making this recipe again!

Baked Polenta with Fresh Tomatoes and Parmesan

I used dried basil and topped this with a can of drained chopped tomatoes and garlic because I didn't have any fresh on hand. It was a delicious accompaniment to spicy meatloaf. Next time I think I'll use additional cheeses.

Brunch Egg Bake

I made this for a brunch party last weekend and it was a huge hit - every last bit was eaten. Very easy! I reduced the amount of cheese to a little less than 2 cups of each kind, used Morningstar Farms veggie sausage instead of the ham (cooked it in the microwave before adding it to the dish to bake), and added some orange pepper in addition to the red. I will definitely be making this recipe again.
