Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Great fudge recipe, it is now my holiday staple. I also use it as my PEPPERMINT fudge, but adding peppermint extract (1 teasp. and then putting andes peppermint chocolate on the top!) Winner either way!

Zucchini Cobbler

I love this recipe. NO one thinks it is Zucchini! Wonderful surprise and tastiest dessert ever. There is ALOT of crumb, so you might want to add more zucchini, it seems to disappear a bit, after it cooks! I also add a little more sugar! That is ALL!

Dansk Aebleskiver (Danish Doughnuts)

This is almost the same family recipe that I grew up with. we always filled them with a teaspoon of JAM! Once poured into the pan, drop a bit of jam in the center, and cover with just a tad of batter, and turn as usual. We just made these last night. As a child we made these all the time! On our(all siblings and cousins) wedding day we all were given the special "aebleskiver" pan, that my parents bought at Layman's hardware in amish country, Ohio!!!

Melt in Your Mouth Pralines

I believe some people are confused as to what REAL Louisiana Pralines are, and that they are VERY different from Texas Pralines. Louisiana Pralines (pronounced PRAWlines) ARE a bit gritty, where as Texas Pralines are chewy caramel. So before folks give low ratings, I think they should do their research on the authenticity of the food and these ARE Authentic LOUISIANA Pralines......Girl who lived in Louisiana!!

Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce

Great sauce!! But I did add a little bit more brown sugar, as the vinegar was a bit overpowering. I also double the recipe and then store in the fridge for later. Usually when I am making this it is for large parties......so good!

Avocado Feta Salsa

Great and goes like hot cakes! ADJUSTMENTS: Needs 2 or 3 avocados instead of 1, cilantro, AND some seasoned salt and then it is absolute perfection. You will not be disapointed!

Tender Potato Biscuits

My family LOVED these biscuits. I didn't add the water it called for, as the milk made the dough moist enough. I also put in less sugar. I didn't want to take the time to roll out the dough, so I floured my hands, rolled in quick balls, flattened, and they turned out just wonderful. My mashed potatoes from Sunday had the skins on and that didn't seem to change the biscuits in any way. This is a recipe I will keep and Pass on! I have 3 kids ranging in age from 5 to 11 and they all loved them.
