Bacon Cheddar Quiche

Reviewed: May 24, 2009
i used a homemade crust (never fail pie crust II) and sub'd bacon for ground turkey sausage and chedder for shredded mexican blend. saute'd an onion with the sausage (first layer) added 1 cup cheese (second layer) then saute'd 10 sliced mushrooms (third layer) then followed with the egg mixture. i doubled the cayeene pepper and baked at 400f for 40 minutes... very very good! please try the never fail pie crust II recipe on this site! so good!

Pineapple Chicken Delight

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2008
i make this every other week, my husband makes me. its so good! we dont have an over so i make it on the stove: slice two chx breasts into chucks and cook over medium heat in the pineapple juice and 1/4 bottle bbq sauce. i another pan i sautee the green pepper (sliced) and pineapple (sometimes i add 1/2 and onion, sliced). after chx is fully cooked i add the saute' to the chx and cook covered over low heat another 5 minutes or so. i leave out the potatos, as we're always too full off the chicken anyway :). so so good!! thanks

No Bake Cookies IV

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2008
SO FREAKIN GOOD!! we dont have an oven yet (living overseas on a military instalation) and ive been dying for cookies. way better than i thought they'd be. i left out the marshmellow because we dont eat gelatin in our house (animal shortening) and added i cup golden raisons and 1tsp cinnamon. i also melted butter and chocolate chips in microwave (3mins) and added a little more butter as another comment suggested, in all 1&1/4 cups. so so good. i cant wait until my husband comes ome to taste them :). thank you so much!
