20 year old "American" living in Egypt/Spain and vegetarian :) Koshari, though it takes me a lonnnng time! I also enjoy making cookies from scratch and trying out new things for my family. They get sick of it because I'm the only vegetarian. :) Lefse (Norwegian bread) I have yet to make it but my Mom has it down. I found two recipes on here that my parents can't get enough of, first Garlic Bread Fantastique, which I made almost every day for a couple of weeks when I first got the recipe. And also the Baked Potato Wedges, they are amazing! I like to play around with the recipe and add different kinds of spices. Made hamburger helper for my parents last night, and I was cooking the meat and wondering why it wasn't getting cooked at all. Since I'm vegetarian I figured it just takes a long time for meat to cook and continued stirring it around with a fork. About 15 minutes later I start smelling gas, and realized that I had no fire the entire time! DOH! Just letting gas into the air.
