Followed recipe exactly except added a splash of chick broth and only used two chick breasts. Broth was unnecessary and would cut back on butter next time, but otherwise very good.

Used only a tbls or two of oil, little less butter and only 3 onions. Deglazed the pan with some sherry after carmelizing onions, added garlic, shrimp & brocolli and it was great, would be great with chicken too.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

AWESOME! Added some garlic, onion powder & worschester, sliced up thin after cooking for 5 hrs then back in juice for another two. The leftover broth makes a great base for french onion soup when you're done with the beef!!

Used a little barley than called for but otherwise followed exactly. Very good but could have used a bit more seasoning, little bland, will make again with some additional spices.

Bacon Roasted Chicken
