Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops

Excellent if you marinate it over night!! I tried it the first time the way the recipe says...to just brush the meat with it. Not enough flavor this way.

Very good! My first Trifle...I made it for Christmas, b/c I messed up a cake I was making for my birthday and instead of throwing the cake out I used it for the trifle. It reminded me of summer..so will make it again this summer. :)

Balsamic Roasted Red Potatoes

These potatoes were GREAT! Lots of flavor. I did not have green onion so I just used a little bit of chopped white onion. I was unsure about the addition of nutmeg, so I only did 2 dashes of it. Will me making again and again!!

Banana Bread V

This is excellent. I have been making this recipe for 4 years now and everyone loves it! I do not measure the bananas...I just add what I have 3 to 4 whole bananas.

Apple Walnut Bread

This was excellent! Could not stop eating it! I used honey crisp apples, so I cut back on the sugar. I also used a rose shaped bunt pan and it came out great!

Pork Tenderloin with Herb Sauce

This was very good, followed the other suggestions made and marinated the tenderloin for 2 hours and then baked in the over at 350 for 45 min. It was great and my 2 year old liked it too!! It was great on a fresh green salad as well.

G's Flank Steak Marinade

This was great!! I was a bit unsure how I would like the flavor of the soy sauce with the steak, but altogether it was great! Can't wait to use this recipe again. I used it on ribeye steaks and my guess is that it would be good with any cut of steak.

Holiday Chicken Salad

This was excellent!! I didn't think I would like it because it includes items I don't normally put in my chicken salad. My cousin made it for our annual Valentine's Tea and I can't wait to make it to taste it again!!

Beef Stew VI

This stew is great and have made it 3 times in 2 months! I deglazed the pan with red wine about a 1/2 a cup and added one bay leaf. Oh and I added an additional carrot and stalk of celery. I just recently made it with venison for my husband and brother-in-law. They loved it!!
