The batter is amazing! I do not even need to cook these to be happy. However, when I finally did cook them I was a little disappointed because the batter was a lot better tasting. The muffin-ness made me want it to be a cookie.

Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

These are So good! It cracks me up reading people saying they were a mess... hello!! You are dipping your fingers in flour eggs and crumbs and then again, of course it is going to be a mess... but they are SO worth it! Really Really GOOD!

Strawberry Refrigerator Cake

This is AMAZING! I used white cake instead of strawberry which was delicious. I could not get the strawberry puree to soak into the cake, I had to make huge holes with the knife but it did end up working. I put fresh strawberry slices inbetween the 2 layers of cake as well as a thick layer of the whip cream and cool whip. I also used the puree to pour over the top of the cake when I served it and added a fresh pile of strawberries! A GREAT summer dessert

Classic Macaroni Salad

This is not what I expected when I saw classic Macaroni Salad. It actually tastes like honey mustard dressing, very sweet and lots of mustard. However, I decided to make it work and added finely chopped onion, green peppers, pepperoni, kidney beans, hard boiled eggs, and carrots. That made it really good! Not at all what I wanted but turned out to be great.
