Chocolate Covered Strawberries

LIFE SAVER!! I always used veggie oil not any more. The chocolate hardened but didn't fall off when you ate them. Thank you very much.

YUMMY!! Thank you so much. I had extra chips and this was perfect. Kids loved making them and everyone loved eating them. I actually had complaints that I didn't make enough. I did add the 1/3 cup of water and crushed walnuts. I also cooked for 30 minutes, they looked under cooked, but after they cooled they were perfect. Thank you

Thank You so much. The kids had a great time making these. I ran out of wax paper so I used a clean garbage bag; rolled the dough inside, cut the sides open and it worked great.

Sugar Snap Peas

This was really good, I'm only giving 4 starts because I couldn't do it as is...I didn't have anymore shallots or thyme to add so I added onion salt and garlic powder. Very big hit. I had to basically stand guard of them till they went in the oven; my husband ate almost half before they even went in. Thank you so much for the different way of cooking the peas. Next time I will add your suggested shallots and thyme.

Best Carrot Cake Ever

Either way you make this it's really good. I've tired it as is and it tasted great, similar to what you would get if you ate out. With all the suggestions it was really good too, but had more of a homemade taste to it. I've been asked to make this for everyone's birthday on my husbands side, including him and he hates sweets. Thank you so much for the great recipe.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Brownies were great as is... but I gave it one star so some people that bake this will catch that when mixing in chocolate chips and baking, your toothpick will not come out clean. Any time over the 40 minutes is going to burn the edges.

Pina Colada III

My husband Love's Pina Coladas and he said this was one of the best. I did use the cream of coconut instead (all I had on hand) and I used coconut rum. It was very good although I will cut the sugar in half next time... may have been the type of rum plus the sugar that made it too sweet for me. I'll also try the dark rum as well. Overall very tasty and simple to make. I made a double batch and it didn't last long at all.

Grilled Corn on the Cob

I made this as is and it was perfectly fine. I've also made it with a cube of ice wrapped in each ear and that did help with the moisture.

Mussels Mariniere

My husband tried it the first time and it was horrible. I tried the next day, with a better wine, and it was pretty good, but nothing I’d rate as absolutely delicious. I’ll try one more time with a different wine.
