Good flavor -- even better the next day. A little work-intensive for me, but I tend to gravitate toward recipes with minimal prep for everyday meals. Still, a good meal for a cold winter's night.

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

One of the best recipes I've found on this site, and I've tried several dozen. So quick and easy and the meat turns out so tender and flavorful -- I always tend to double the marinade, then boil up the extra with a little cornstarch for a fantastic gravy over rice or mashed potatoes.

Sour Cream Pork Chop and Vidalia® Onion Gravy

Solid recipe. Easy enough. The sauce has nice flavor, but I might stuff some garlic in the pork for a little more kick. I also agree that the listed cooktime is way too long -- we used 1 inch thick chops and we only needed to cook them for about 20-25 minutes -- as it was, there was no pink in them, so I would cut it back a little further next time.

Apricot-Glazed Pork Chops

Super-quick, super-easy. An absolute keeper. We doubled the sauce as we are prone to do (and which I recommend), and used coconut oil instead of olive, which gave it a lively flavor. We made enough for two meals and found them even more flavorful and tender the second day after soaking in the sauce.

Cocoa Rub

Gives steak a real nice kick. We take the salt down a bit and make only half the amount shown here, and we'll still get a couple more meals out of it (store it in airtight container).

Since we like our tuna rare, the only thing I would change is to sear the tuna 1 minute per side, and then simmer them for 2 minutes tops at the end.

Cumin-Coriander Pork Rub

Fantastic multi-layered flavor. This ones goes to the top of my rub lists. 2 lb pork tenderloin put in a cold oven while I went to the gym -- 35 minutes at 425 and came out perfect -- moist and delicious.
