Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2011
This soup is fabulous! I just became a huge fan of squash and now I am trying to learn to cook it in every way possible. After reading all the reviews I decide not to add any half and half, yogurt, or sour cream. The ground corriander and the cinnamon really give this soup a warm feeling. I did not add the pumpkin seeds or bread crumbs either. I had a salad and some homemade bread with mine and it is definitely a keeper. This recipe definitely only serves 4. The next time I will double the batch. I just rewarmed my soup for lunch and it is even better today!!! Thanks for sharing!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2009
This bread is phenomenal. I've made it three times now. I've had friends request it; everyone loves it. I followed the recipe exactly. My only recommendation is letting it cool completely before eating. I always make it the night before eating so by morning all the flavors have combined. Bread is so moist and delicious!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2008
The cookies were very soft and moist but I could definitely tell the pudding was in the cookie. It was just a distracting taste that took away from the good old fashion choc chip cookie.

Korean BBQ Short Ribs (Gal-Bi)

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2008
This recipe is great. I have a friend who was born and raised in Korea. These ribs tasted just like the ones she makes. I used boneless short ribs instead just because I am picky about bones in my meat and they still turned out great. I use toasted sesame oil instead of just sesame oil for a little more flavor. Theses ribs are a hit with all who try them.
