My entire family absolutely loved this soup, especially my children! I was only sad that I didn't double the recipe, but next time I definitely will. Thanks for sharing, this is exactly what I was looking for :)

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2013
I did add carrots, celery, and onion. While I would have preferred cream, I substituted fat free half and half and it was delicious. Thanks for sharing a great recipe!

Simple Baked Beans

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2013
I thought it was delicious! Best recipe I have used for doctored up beans. I did double the recipe and added more bacon just because but the sugar and molasses were good amounts. I put it in the crock pot and let them thicken up all day so I didn't have to heat up my house. These were much better than any Bush's beans I have tried!

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2013
I think this is the best broccoli salad ever! I have made it several times and, because of personal preference, I don't add the pepper. It is popular with my husband and children and is often requested at cookouts and parties. It is awesome as is but sometimes I adjust it according to whom I'm making it for(a little more or less sweet, more sauce, raisins, sunflower seeds, etc.). Every time I make it I am so happy with the results, it's delicious! Thank you for sharing :)

Hummus III

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2010
This is a great basic hummus recipe! Of course it has to be adjusted to fit your taste. I followed others suggestions and decreased tahini because you can always add more if you like and I felt that it was perfect with 2 1/2 Tbsp. I also added 6 cloves of roasted garlic and roasted red peppers to give it a sweet, smoky flavor. If you like spicy, add cumin, chili powder, hot sauce, or cayenne!

This recipe was great! It made preparing Easter brunch a snap! Next time I'm thinking about adding jalapenos and topping it with salsa and a touch of sour cream. Thanks for a great and easy recipe.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2010
The second I tasted the batter I knew these were going to be awesome. Thank you for a fantastic, better-than-boxed brownie recipe. I made them exactly as the recipe stated and I wouldn't change it at all, no need to if you love rich chocolatey brownies.

Butternut Squash Bisque

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2009
This is by far the best butternut squash bisque I have ever had! I doubled the recipe and substituted apples for onions because I didn't have any. We used some fat free half and half in place of the cream and it was awesome!
