Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Wonderful recipe! I didn't have any celery so had to leave that out, but I did add some celery salt. Only had ham lunchmeat so sliced up about 5 slices into small squares and added when the potatoes were done cooking. Also added 1 tsp minced garlic and 1 cup evaporated milk (in addition to the 2 cups 2% milk I used) to the soup right before I added the flour-butter-milk mixture. Will definitely be making this over & over again. Thanks for the recipe!

It might be that my oven is hotter than others, not sure, but this recipe did not work for me. After 15 minutes at 450, I smelled a burning smell so I checked them and they were already burnt and most were popped. I followed the directions exactly. So I tried another batch and this time started at 350 and only cooked for 15-18 minutes. That batch turned out much better.

Peanut Butter French Toast
made mixture as others suggested by melting pb first. then took 2 slices of bread and placed a handful of chocolate chips between the 2 slices, then carefully dipped the chocolate sandwich trying to flip and dip without losing any chocolate chips, then placed in hot pan with melted butter. topped with pancake syrup. was soooo yummy! it was enough to make 4 chocolate stuffed french toast (8 slices of bread).
