This is an awesome recipe! I am still learning to be a good baker and this was so easy! Of course, I mess it up the first time, I used the dried buttermilk instead of the liquid. :) I know, I know...I told you I am still learning.
Anyway, the second batch was really amazing. It taste so good and it goes with the Corned Beef and Cabbage II (submitted by Cindy). My father-in-law loved it and of course my husband. He practically ate 1/4 of the bread in one sitting.
Since other reviews suggested longer time to bake and slow temp, I baked it at 320 and for an hour. It was perfect!
