Grilled Lamb with Brown Sugar Glaze
It is very delicious! My Mom and I loved it but we also have sweet tooth. My husband on the other hand didn't like that much because of the sweetness. It's a good thing that I made a batch for him that is not seasoned. :) I grilled it with cast iron to get the ridges for about 10 minutes in medium low and then baked it for 8 mins at 350 degrees. I didn't have tarragon so I used thyme and it was good. We had rice and asparagus on the side and it is the right balance for the sweetness of the glaze. Great recipe!

Buttermilk Pancakes II
It was the best pancakes I've ever tasted! My husband is not a big fan of pancakes and he will only eat one pancake. When I cooked this, he ate 2 of them. I divide the recipe to 3 since there's only 2 of us...and it worked perfectly. 1/3 of the recipe makes 5 pancakes and each of us has 2 (the other one was left untouched since we are sooo full). We had the pancakes with sausage and it feels like eating at a restaurant. Thank you!

Corned Beef and Cabbage II
My husband has been giving me hints that he would like to have Corned Beef and Cabbage for dinner. I am no Irish and I haven't eaten Corned Beef and Cabbage before. So I don't know how it looks like nor how it taste. I decided one day that I will try to cook it for him coz I we have been eating Lean cuisine for a while and we want some real home cooking. I looked this up and OMG. It taste so good. I was even afraid because I am not sure if I was doing it correctly. The spices just blend together and the corned beef was soo tender. Even my father-in-law loved it. I made this with the Amazingly Irish Soda and it just blends together. They just asked me where is the dessert? :)Anyway, it looks like my husband will be asking me to cook this again.
