Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2008
Tasty brown rice recipe. Always use chicken stock and add extra corn. Any type of spice blend that you like will work.

Sunshine Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2008
This was a great recipe. I opted to remove the skin from the thighs and I'm very glad I did. I made two batches of the sauce mix, both with minced garlic instead of powder. One batch to coat the raw chicken and the other for basting. I removed 75% of the liquid for the last 15 minutes of cooking. This is a keeper.

Maria's Rice

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2008
Flavorful and cooked to a great consistancy. My picky son gobbled it up. Made a few changes because didn't have some ingredients. Used 1 package of dry ranch dip, 1 can beef broth 14.5 oz, 1/2 the can of water, 1/2 the butter and drizzled a little olive oil at the end. With such a flexable recipe will definitely make again.

Ten Clove Garlic Marinade

Reviewed: May 25, 2008
SUPER, GREAT, AWSOME. Really does go with any type od meat. My pork sat in the marinade for two days instead of one by accident, and OMG i still dream about the taste. I use a little less oil and water and add about a tbsp of brown sugar. Can't get much better than this one. I also make a larger amount to store for use when I need a great marinade in a pinch.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2008
They taste Fan-Frigin-Tastic! They are officially added to my cookie rotation. I doubled recipe and whipped the PB into sugar/butter. I also added an additional 1/2 c of oats. I always refrigerate my cookie dough overnight so that they form balls better. My cookies flattend out fine on their own and. I hope they keep well. Thanks again for a great recipe.

Very tasty. Didn't have enough honey, so substituted a bit of light corn syrup. I used drums and they came out sticky, sweet and moist. Will make again.

Sugar Cookie Icing

If you're like me and realized too late that you don't have food coloring, there's a tasty sub. KOOL-AID! I used a sprinkle of strawberry-passion fruit, not only was it a pretty pink, but it tasted awsome. I'm using KOOL-AID from now on.

Key West Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2008
* Deelicious * I changed the lime juice to lemon juice and added a little more honey. I let it sit in the fridge for about 4 hours, and OMG it tasted like in was in there for days. Great quick marinade that won't take all day to pack lots of flavor. Thanks
