Chicken Wild Rice Soup I
We doubled the dry spices and used brandy instead of sherry. A GREAT soup! Served with the Colonial Brown Bread recipe from this site.

Grilled Yellow Squash
I was very surprised at how delicious this squash was with such simple ingredients. I used sea salt instead of regular salt which I think gives it a little more bite.

Baked Pork Chops II
Fantastic! I did not change a thing, except instead of 2 tbsp. dark brown sugar, I used molasses. It turned out wonderful! I might even try this with a pork loin :)
