These were really tasty and moist. I only adjusted the recipe by adding about a teaspoon of vanilla and about 1/2 cup more peaches. My girlfriends and family loved them and they were even delicious the next day. FYI- The recipe made 24 muffins and there was only 1 left the next day. :)

Mocha Brownies

This recipe is a bit weird. I'm not sure if it is written wrong or if I just don't get it. The filling is put on top and just sort of soaks in. The chocolate chips from the filling were resting on top after baking so I didn't feel the need to put on the icing. The flavor was good and the brownies were very moist. There was not very much mocha flavor, I'm sure the mocha flavor would have been stronger if I had used the icing, but I didn't want all the added sweetness of even more chocolate chips on top. I'm not sure if I will make it again or look for another recipe.

Pork Chop Dinner

This dinner was okay, but lacked pizazz. If I make it again I will add some extra spices while cooking and thicken up the juices to make more of a gravy before serving over the rice.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

These really were delicious cookies. They are not dry like so many sugar cookies I've had. I gave them to family friends for Valentine's Day and they were a big hit with parents and kids. I'll definately make them again.

Coconut Cake III

For such a delicious cake, this was very quick to prepare. I made it for my husbands birthday. He loved it, as did all our guests. Definately a recipe to keep.

Apple Strudel Muffins

I made these for a class full of second graders and they got great reviews! The mix was very thick so I added about 1/4 cup of milk. They were tasty and moist.

Beef Barley Vegetable Soup

This was a pretty good soup. I added a 1/2 cup more barley, and will add more broth in the future. My family enjoyed it, so I will definately make it again. great for chilly evenings!

Hearty Meatball Soup I

This was really quite good. I did add a packet of Lipton onion soup mix to meatball mixture, but the rest was done according to the recipe. My family thinks it is a keeper.

Slow Cooker Mediterranean Stew

I thought it was okay, but my husband and kids didn't go for it at all. I gave some to my neighbor -it makes a TON- and it was the same story with her family. It has a distinct flavor that isn't for everyone.
