Well, yes, I was being a bit sarcastic when I named my blog here "Evidence & Clues." My cuisine scenes are usually not crime scenes.
I mainly cook/eat VGF - vegan, gluten-free. But, I do take side trips, still. I am intolerant of certain foods, to a degree. Can't say for a fact that I am a celiac or any other particular type, at this point. Part of my reason for VGF cooking (some of the time) -- as well as other special types -- is because of the needs of family members. I mostly have only myself to please, but if I do want to share something, it's got to meet the requirements!
My favorite things to cook
My favorite quick/easy meal for me, myself and I -- GF pasta with fire-roasted diced tomatoes, and maybe some fresh garlic and poblano peppers cooked lightly in oil. I cook more than I will eat, because not only is it good hot and fresh, but I like it as a cold leftover the next day.
