I was very skeptical at first site of the bread while cooking, it looked like a hockey puck...but it did end up being very tender and light. (My husband commented that we need to have these more often!) I ended up using an additional 1/4 cup flour for a nice roll out consistency and poked a small whole right in the middle with my finger to allow them to cook without the puff. I enjoy a salt taste but these have a very strong saltiness, I will probably cut back on it the next time.
