Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I made this recipe for supper yesterday and it was awesome. I added one pressed clove of garlic to the pot along with potatoes and carrots. I had sliced my vegetables and they cooked too fast so I had to remove them from the crock. It wasn't a big problem because I reheated them in the microwave and put them back in the crock about an hour before supper. Next time, I'll cut them up in big chunks to see how that works out. This is an excellent recipe which I will make again and again.
