Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Went on allrecipes.com today to print out a recipe I am making this weekend and saw this on one the home page. Didn't know what to make for dinner tonight anyway. Noticed I had just enough time to throw it in the crock pot and the best part was, I had all the ingredients!!!! I only had 3 chkn brsts so I think I used too much sauce. But even still, made no changes and OMG!!! SOOO GOOD!!! Thanks so much!!!

Simple Whole Roasted Chicken

My husband couldn't stop eating it!!! I diced up some potatoes, put them on the bottom of pan. When it was done, I used the drippings from the pan and some sour cream, mashed em up. OMG!!! The best mashed potatoes!!!!!!!! Will use this recipe often!!!

Stuffed Peppers

I did make some changes.. I cut my pepper the long way, they seen to fit better for me that way. And I steamed them for a minute or two first. I also found that brown rice gives it a great texture. I used garlic flavored sauce with the mixture and added pet. canned tom. This was the second time I made them and they were AWESOME!!!!

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Very simple!! I used real butter and did what others said and peppered the fish, sauteed the garlic,butter, lemon and parsley then poured it over top. Only took about 12 min. to bake before done.

Salsafied Chicken and Rice

Very quick and easy!!! I had all the ingredients already too, which was a major plus!! We had just gotten home after a 5 1/2 hour drive and whipped this right up. Will definetly make again!!

Glazed Meatloaf I

All I have to say is INCREDIBLE!!!!!! I didn't use bouillion, I used A1 instead. I only used 2 tbl brown sugar. I didn't use bread or bread crumbs, I used the garlic and herb Toppers crackers, ground them up pretty good. Awesome choice! My husband thought it was the best ever, my 4 year even thought it was awesome!!

Used Garlic and Herb Toppers crackers for more flavor. Wonderful, easy and juicy! My husband loves them, have made them several times and will continue to make them this way!!!

Anna's Amazing Easy Pleasy Meatballs over Buttered Noodles

Changed it a little! Cut it in half (kinda) Used 2 cans cream of mushroom instead of celery and used 1 can french onion. Added just a splash of water and waited till 30 min. before serving to add sour cream. Mixed in some pepper too!!!! This was AWESOME, will definetly make again and again!!

Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Didn't change a thing. Thought this was THE BEST and EASIEST recipe for tenderloin. I even had all the ingredients on hand! Will make my tenderloins this way and this way only from now on........
