This tasted good but, I used real butter and they came out extremely greasy--I used cupcake liners, and the pans and the liners were soaked in a puddle of grease. Maybe margarine would have worked better?

Biscuit Baking Mix

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Great cookies! I made these with cinnamon chips instead of chocolate and they were great. Dough freezes well too--I made them into balls and froze them on a cookie sheet, then transferred them to a freezer bag. Cook them right from the freezer--just for a couple of extra minutes.

Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

Excellent cookies! Soft but not falling apart. My husband--who is "not a sweets person" cannot stop eating these! The dough freezes well too--I made them into balls, froze them on a cookie sheet then transferred them to a ziplock bag. I cook them straight from the freezer--just for a few extra minutes.
