Chocolate Pecan Pie III

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2010
yummmyyyyy! I used chopped pecans because it is easier to cut through... no other changes. But beware if you are looking for a jelly filled middle, like your used to with pecan pie, this ain't it. It's somewhere between that a brownie like substance. My husband gripped about that but I loved it! I'm very untraditional/ traditional.... If that make any sence ...he's just traditional. My 3 boys killed it in under an hour :)

added hamburger and italian sausage! I always add a tablespoon of sugar to my sauce, to mellow the acidity of the tomato! Excellent!

Italian Roast Beef II

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2008
Smells good cooking, but it has an awful taste. The italian dressing overwhelms the whole dish. It's all you can taste, will never make this again- waste of time and money.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2008
Very very good! I was suprised how easy and tasty it was! Here's the trick guys, about flattening the chicken and folding it, you flatten the breast with your fist or a meat mallet. Then the tricky part is fold the breast end over end. I guess the best way to explain is NOT a taco fold, the opposite. Three toothpicks holds it together perfect. I choose provolone over swiss, it's just not my thing. The honey mustard is a MUST, I just couldn't eat this without the it, ever again. It's amazing. My husband HATES honey mustard but was completely sold when paired together. I just used 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 cup prepared mustard, and 1/2 cup mayo. Whisk together, drizzle over chicken and TADA!

Mushroom Sauce Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2008
Yummy! Filling! Wonderful flavor! My husband and three boys loved it! Easy to make, got rave reviews from the fam. Not a one dish meal as one reviewer responded. Well, if you follow the recipe, you have to cook the sauce in a skillet. I also used two cans of mushroom soup and a can of milk, topped it of with cheese. So goooood.
