Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Deeeeelicous! Very tender. I didn't add the onion mix, but seasoned the meat the night before with my own seasonings and let it sit in the fridge. I browned the meat before I added to crock pot and coated with flour, per others' suggestions. Added potatoes and carrots, served with rice and oven roasted squash and zucchini. Loved it!
