Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs
This rating is for the sauce only..I used my own recipe for the meatballs. I followed this recipe exactly. The only change I made was that I did half a recipe. I thought the sweetness and amount of tomato paste was fine, but could see how it may not be right for some people. It reminded me of a sauce that a friend used to make back in Chicago and I would make this again.

Grilled Sea Bass
Delicious!! I didn't have onion powder so I just grated a fresh onion. We had a 4lb fillet and we cut in half so it would be easier to handle, in retrospect we should have done individual portions. If you are going to be using a large amount of fish, I would suggest cutting into individual portions before grilling so that every person gets a good amount of the seasonings and butter sauce on each piece. I used a bit more garlic powder since I love garlic. Came out great!!

Chinese Steamed Buns with BBQ Pork Filling
I followed the recipe exactly for the bun part, but like other reviewers have mentioned, I had to use more flour when kneading...it was way too sticky. I placed the seam side down onto the wax paper and at first they didn't look too great but by the time it came to steam them they were all smoothed out. Came out fluffy, moist and delicious. A bit time consuming but worth it. I made a bit of a bigger bun and it made 12. I didn't use the bbq pork recipe and instead picked up 1/2 lb of char siu and I asked for extra sauce. Just chopped it up and mixed with the sauce and stuffed the buns with it. The only bummer is they aren't so good when reheated in the microwave a day later and I even did the damp paper towel trick.
