Let me start by saying that I am not a big fan of salmon, but this was tolerable...almost good! After following other reviewer's suggestions, I used 2 Tbsp EVOO, 3/4 tsp. basil, 1/2 tsp. salt, scant 1/2 tsp. pepper, 3 Tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. parsley, 2 cloves garlic, and about 1/4 tsp. of dill. The only thing I would change for next time is to decrease the lemon juice to 2 Tbsp, as I found it a bit too 'lemony'. Removing the skin before cooking, as someone suggested, really did seem to reduce the 'fishy' taste! Thanks for that tip!
