German Sweet Chocolate Cake I
The cake is delicious and no more time consuming than most German Chocolate Cakes. However, it was definitely not done baking at 30 minutes, at least not in my oven, and the center was liquid. It took between 40-45.

Corn Dog Casserole
My daughter really liked this. We used Morningstar Farms veggie hotdogs, which is less weight than called for, but it works fine. I only had one box of cornbread mix, so I mixed up my grandmother's cornbread recipe (dry ingredients only) and used that in place of the boxed mixes and it worked out great. My daughter dipped it in ketchup like she would a regular corndog and declard it a "keeper."

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce
I will use this recipe again. To cut back on the fat content, I baked mine. After making the patties, I placed them on a foil-lined baking sheet (sprayed with PAM) and put them in a 425 oven for 20 minutes then turned them over for another 8-10 minutes. They browned nicely and held together just fine. Also, I used a food processor to chop the chickpeas, removed them, and then combined the onion, parsley, garlic, and egg in the food processor together, before adding the other ingredients to the mixture in a bowl. The texture was just right for me.
