Peach Ice Cream
This is the best ice cream I've ever had. I made it for the fourth of July holiday and my grandsons birthday. Why not he's a "peach of a kid". My 7 yr old grandaughter helped me. It was easy. The batch was a good size. The peaches I used were big and ripe. The end product was fabulous. I had more than five cups of puree so I added the little that was left and it was a amazing.

Sweet Dinner Rolls
This recipe is great. I don't have a bread machine so I just used my Kitchen Aide Mixer. They were excellent homemade rolls with all the trimmings including the great aroma from the oven. This is definately going to be on the table for family dinners and holidays.

Hot and Sour Chinese Eggplant
Today, I found 8 chinese eggplant at my local farmers market for 99 cents. This recipe looked most appetizing so I tried it. I made 4 times the recipe, added 2 Tbs. of Cooking Sherry, 1 clove of garlic and omitted the salt. Also, I added a little chopped ginger, crushed red pepper flakes (instead of chilli oil) and a half of a red green peppper. This tastes just as good as our best local chinese restaurant and living so close to New York, I think I know good Chinese food. Thanks, Bonnie, now my family thinks I can really cook!
