Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
Wonderful Recipe!! I did modify it a tad. I used 2/3 cup brown sugar in place of some of the white. I creamed the butter and sugars together. Added in the eggs, and then the bananas. Then I mixed the dry ingredients slowly into the wet. After that was all mixed I blended in the nuts. The only thing I think I will do differently next time is set the oven to 325 instead of 350. The outside got a tiny bit too dark for my taste. I will totally make this again.

Jam Filled Butter Cookies
This recipe made extremely good cookies. Not my all time favorite cookie but a very very good one. I didn't have preserves so I just used the jelly I had. It still tasted wonderful. I had to bake them a tad bit longer than the recipe called for, but that wasn't a problem. I love that the next day the cookies are still a tiny bit soft, I hate it when cookies get super hard in a day or two. I will make this recipe again.

Hamburger Vegetable Soup
My family really liked this soup. I only gave 4 stars though because I had to modify it a bit. Fresh and canned veggies instead of frozen. I substituted 1 cup of beef broth for 1 of the cups of chicken broth. I also seasoned the ground beef with fresh garlic and italian seasoning. I expect it to be even better tomorrow.
