This is by far the best Zucchini Bread I've had. My mother-in-law and I were looking for a recipe and came upon this one. We chose it based on the great reviews ~ this is a keeper ~ YUM!

Cocoa Banana Bars

Reviewed: May 21, 2010
Very good recipe! I doubled it since I had so many bananas and it just took a little longer to bake because I had more batter. It's a good alternative to the banana bread I usually make with over-ripe bananas.

Peanut Butter Bars I

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2009
I've said it before and I will say it again these are the BEST peanut butter bars ever! I make these all of the time and people just rave over them. They are gone as soon as I set them on the counter at parties and people have taken some and hidden them so they do not miss out. People refer to these as Reese's on crack - SO GOOD!!! These are good as written but I usually use milk chocolate chips instead of semi sweet.

Candied Almonds

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2011
These are amazing! The ONLY thing I would do differently is toast the almonds before placing them in the sugar mixture for more crunch and flavor to the almonds. Even without doing this they are awesome! They are actually better the next day in our opinion!

Honey Of An Oatmeal Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2008
Soft, good & easy to make. I love the hint of honey in the bread. The only change I made was I used canola oil instead of vegetable oil since that is what I had. This will become one of our favorites to make.

Easy Microwave Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: May 8, 2008
Excellent quick chocolate cake. I had a craving for chocolate cake but did not want to go through the mess of making one nor did I want a lot of leftover cake. I made this cake in my Pampered Chef mixing bowl, cooked it in the bowl, and my husband and I ate it out of the bowl. One bowl no mess & a yummy cake. I did take the suggestions into consideration and used 1/2 Cup of Sugar and 3T of cocoa. Very good ~ I will make this again :)

Applesauce Cake I

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2009
Quick, easy and good. I thought this would be gooey in the middle... it wasn't... but it was moist. I also accidentally used nutmeg in place of cloves. This is still good and I would make it again :) Thanks!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2010
I couldn't decide what kind of cookies to make so I searched for a cookie that had everything and I found this recipe. These cookies are really yummy the only thing I changed was I put 2 Cups of chocolate chips since 1 cup was not enough for us - ha! I like the subtle peanut butter flavor with the texture of the oatmeal. I might try next time putting 1 Cup of chocolate chips and 1 Cup peanut butter chips just to enhance the peanut butter flavor.

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2010
I think the cinnamon rolls that take longer to make come out much better than these BUT for the short time they take to make them these are pretty good. I would make them again if time was an issue.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2009
These are good but most things with chocolate and peanut butter are. I do like fillings that use butter a bit better so I think I will use that next time. I also used mini muffin cups and made mini peanut butter cups instead of trimming larger paper cups.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2009
This was really good but mine fell in the middle after an hour even though a toothpick came out clean. After fully cooling I see it fell because it looks not done... this was my fault and next time I will cook it longer. I cut the recipe in half because I didn't need 4 loaves and I didn't have enough bananas for it. I also didn't have the small bread pans (7x4) mine are all 8.5x4 (standard size). I always have left over sour cream so this was a great way to use it up plus my husband loves banana bread. As usual I added extra walnuts - 1 cup is never enough for him! Thanks for the recipe!
