Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2008
This is by far the best Zucchini Bread I've had. My mother-in-law and I were looking for a recipe and came upon this one. We chose it based on the great reviews ~ this is a keeper ~ YUM!

Honey Of An Oatmeal Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2008
Soft, good & easy to make. I love the hint of honey in the bread. The only change I made was I used canola oil instead of vegetable oil since that is what I had. This will become one of our favorites to make.

Kellogg's® Rice Krispies Treats® Original

A classic recipe. Everyone loves these and they are easy to make. We like to top these with colored sugar to make them pretty.

Easy Microwave Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: May 8, 2008
Excellent quick chocolate cake. I had a craving for chocolate cake but did not want to go through the mess of making one nor did I want a lot of leftover cake. I made this cake in my Pampered Chef mixing bowl, cooked it in the bowl, and my husband and I ate it out of the bowl. One bowl no mess & a yummy cake. I did take the suggestions into consideration and used 1/2 Cup of Sugar and 3T of cocoa. Very good ~ I will make this again :)

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2008
This is a great chocolate cookie recipe. I used shortening in place of butter & I used 1 Cup Semi-Sweet chocolate chips and 1 Cup Reeses Pieces candy. The peanut butter and chocolate are great! Peanut butter chips would work too but I used what I had at home. I will keep this recipe to make again. It was quick and easy to whip up a batch. I also got 60 good size cookies out of this.

Famous Coconut-Almond Balls

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2008
These need almond extract or something plus the bottoms do not get covered in chocolate. I had to melt more chocolate and dip the bottoms in it. :(

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2009
This was okay. I made it exactly as directed even though, like others' said, it is against my machine's directions. It baked just fine but it made my machine go off balance (maybe just a coincidence) and my machine toppled onto the floor and the lid broke! This has NEVER happened before and I use my bread machine all the time. I was able to just set the lid back on and continue with the bread. I gave this 3 stars for taste. I didn't think this was any better than any other white bread I've made. I won't make it again due to the machine issues.

Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2009
These were easy to make but rolling the dough is time consuming. I prefer a drop cookie. I used shortening in place of butter and 1/2 tsp almond extract instead of vanilla. I also rolled the cookies in colored sugar before baking. The taste was good and the cookies are crisp on the outside and soft in the middle.

Pizza Dough I

Tastes good and super easy to make. I found using a rolling pin worked best to roll out the dough onto the pan. Thanks for the recipe!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2009
This is good but the Better Homes and Gardens Recipe that I usually use for banana bread/muffins is slightly better (it is made with oil). I do like the crumb topping though so I might make my regular BHG recipe and use the crumb topping!

This is really good. I used dried cranberries and didn't have nutmeg but it still turned out well. I also made them into muffins. Thanks for the recipe!

Peanut Butter Bars I

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2009
I've said it before and I will say it again these are the BEST peanut butter bars ever! I make these all of the time and people just rave over them. They are gone as soon as I set them on the counter at parties and people have taken some and hidden them so they do not miss out. People refer to these as Reese's on crack - SO GOOD!!! These are good as written but I usually use milk chocolate chips instead of semi sweet.

Applesauce Cake I

Quick, easy and good. I thought this would be gooey in the middle... it wasn't... but it was moist. I also accidentally used nutmeg in place of cloves. This is still good and I would make it again :) Thanks!

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2009
This is OK but it's definitely not as flavorful as Libby's recipe! It was too bland - it needed more.... I wasn't impressed with this and Libby's is just as easy to make and tastes a lot better.
