I had mixed feeling on this. First off its easy and pie to make, very simple and I love that. I used half mayo / half reduced fat sour cream because I don't like mayo...to heavy and fatty for me. I kind of wished I would have used miracle whip but I was scared to deviate from the recipe too much but the mayo was very heavy, veryyyyyy heavy even with only half. My boyfriend who loves heavier eating even said it was a bit much. But it was GOOD. We did both devour it, the heaviness kinda hits you after though. I also used frozen artichoke hearts, which was yummy. I would make this again but I would do a bit differently, it was wayyy to bland so I would season the chicken first and do 80 / 20 sour cream and mayo. A keeper, but needed doctoring for us...
