Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread
Followed recipe to make the dough exactly, and the taste was amazing. Wouldn't change anything with that. Used dough hook with the KitchenAid and it was super easy!
In order for the bread to cook all the way through without over-browning the crust, the formed ball definitely needs to be more flat than tall. I reduced the oven to 365 (to avoid too brown of crust and raw middle) and it still took over an hour to bake completely.
