Broccoli Chicken Roli

I gave 4 stars because the serving size is misleading. I think it would serve 6 dinner portions...maybe 16 slivers as an appetizer. It was so small and fat I cant see 16 slices. There IS alot of filling as the others posted but your can get it in. I screwed it up and forgot the cheese so I put it on top in the last few minutes to melt....but even my picky son loved it and we ate nearly the whole thing in one sitting. I will be surely making this again when we have leftover chicken.

Sour Cream Coffee Cake II

I am always asked to make this. Its very moist and delicious. I end up using only about 1/2 of the sugar mixture because its just too sweet for my tastes....but it doesnt change the moist delicious cake one bit.

Curried Zucchini Soup

Maybe I shouldve made it as written instead of making the changes as suggested but we found it bitter and unappealing. From a family of curry lovers, we didnt even save the leftovers. Disappointing.

Grandma's English Muffin Bread

I have been trying to make a version of this in the machine that my mom made when I was growing up. Sadly I didnt find her recipe. My husband immediately came out with "where did you get this bread? Its really good!" and I knew it was a keeper. Perfect texture....no changes needed.

Broccoli Pork Stir-Fry

After reading the reviews, I was disappointed. My kids loved it because it was ramen noodles....but my husband and I just put up with it. I would make this again only if my son wanted it...but it certainly wouldnt be my choice. The only reason it got 3*** was because my son liked it.

Goat Cheese and Arugula over Penne

The flavor was just fantastic...however I have to give it one star off because the garlic was WAY too strong. My children wouldnt eat it and we are usually big garlic eaters. Either my garlic was too strong or there was too much for the recipe. Next time I will 1/2 the garlic or roast it first.

Chinese Pork Ribs

OK, I hardly EVER give a bad review. But I followed this one exactly and they were totally so-so. The line that says "6 hours or until tender"...well, after 10 hours they were so tough, I didnt finish one rib. Either my meat was bad or this recipe just didnt work for me. The flavor was just mediocre so I wont even try this one again.
