Irish Coffee

I served this with my traditional irish desserts. I also used Kahlua instead of the Irish cream and it was a big hit. Perfect for a chilly night! Enjoyed by all, especially the grandparents!

Irish Soda Bread I

So easy to make. Nice & moist, not dry like others. A nice cake like bread. I served it with my meal and also alone with tea. was a big family hit!

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies
